OUR CLASSES- In Studio Only

Covid - 19 Updates to our studio

We have increased our class size back to 16 students per in studio class. Masks are NOT required for in studio classes. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask, we suggest wearing disposable masks.

Mats are always set up in advance for each class. Participants are required to grab the necessary props for class. We have sanitizing wipes for all equipment. We require each participant to sanitize all equipment they have used during their class. Participants are more than welcome to wipe down equipment prior to use if they feel more comfortable.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

BARRE SCULPT:  This 50 min barre class uses light weights to tone, tighten and lengthen your entire body. By focusing on high repetitions, controlled movements and additional isometric hold, you will develop a defined and lean physique in a matter of weeks.

BARRE BURN:  Our signature barre class (50-60min) uses light weights, low impact cardio and signature isometric barre moves to define all muscle groups from large to small. Combination moves will work your entire body to improve muscle definition and strength.

POWER BARRE EXPRESS:  A quick and effective way to get that barre burn! Power barre express is a fast paced condensed version of our signature barre burn class that focuses on combination power moves , which provides a challenging workout in just 35 minutes!

BARRE STRENGTH The newest mixed level class added to our Barre platform. This vigorous total body workout offers challenging weight work and compound movements to help you build muscle endurance and definition.

MAT PILATES:  A full body strength workout done on the mat with attention to core muscles and flow of movement.

TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise):  A creative exercise technique involving a system of straps, buckles, and webbing, known as a suspension trainer. The system allows you to work against your body weight and gravity to create resistance. TRX suspension training can strengthen your core, build stability, increase flexibility, and improve balance by targeting all muscle groups.

WHAT TO BRING AND WEAR

  • Bring a water bottle. We’ll provide mats and all equipment.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and stretch.

  • Barre socks are required for safety and sanitary reasons. We sell lots of different styles and fun designs (even toe-less and leg warmer styles). You’ll love them so much you’ll want a few pairs!
